These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Invensure Pro. By creating an account, using the platform, buying credits, uploading records or generating reports, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and any business you represent.
Invensure Pro is a software platform operated by a UK sole trader trading as Invensure Pro. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean the operator of Invensure Pro. References to "you" mean the individual user and, where applicable, the company, agency or landlord business on whose behalf the platform is used.
Invensure Pro provides digital workflows for inventories, inspections, report creation, signatures, maintenance-related record keeping, tenant onboarding, evidential storage and related operational tasks. The platform is provided as a software service only.
We do not provide legal advice, surveying services, property management services, tenancy advice, regulated claims handling or statutory interpretation. You remain responsible for the decisions you make using the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you use the platform for a company, agency or landlord business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials, PIN flows, devices and any access routes used to enter the platform. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account, tenant journey or stored data has been accessed without authorisation.
You are solely responsible for all text, images, documents, signatures, identifiers, service records, compliance entries and other material uploaded or generated using your account. You must ensure that all content is lawful, accurate, current and used with proper authority.
The legal obligations affecting landlords, agents and clerks can change. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the platform is consistent with housing law, data protection law, consumer law, tenancy obligations, notice requirements, local authority obligations and professional standards that apply to you.
Use of Invensure Pro does not guarantee that you will avoid enforcement action, fines, penalties, deposit losses, court criticism or regulatory findings.
Paid features may require credits, subscriptions or one-off purchases. Unless expressly stated otherwise at the point of sale, charges are non-refundable once credits are issued, platform access is granted, or a paid action has been used.
We may change pricing, credit packages, product tiers or feature availability at any time for future purchases. Promotional, demo or trial balances may be limited, withdrawn or ring-fenced from live commercial use.
We may suspend, restrict or terminate access immediately if we reasonably believe there has been fraud, misuse, unlawful conduct, abusive behaviour, professional misconduct, non-payment, security risk, platform abuse or a breach of these terms.
Where appropriate, we may preserve account and activity records for evidential, regulatory, security or dispute purposes after suspension or closure.
We own or license the platform design, software, workflow logic, branding, text, layout, interface and service content, excluding content that you lawfully upload. These terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you except for the limited right to use the platform in accordance with these terms.
We may update, modify, suspend or remove features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, permanent feature continuity or compatibility with every device, browser, operating system or third-party integration.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, suitable for every legal purpose, or sufficient to secure any particular dispute, possession, compliance or enforcement outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of Invensure Pro will not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental or punitive losses, or for loss of profit, rent, revenue, goodwill, opportunity, anticipated savings, business interruption, data recreation cost, legal costs or enforcement-related loss arising from or connected with the platform.
Subject to the previous paragraph and to any liability that cannot legally be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the platform will not exceed the greater of:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator of Invensure Pro, and any relevant personnel or contractors acting for the business, against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and reasonable legal expenses arising out of your misuse of the platform, breach of these terms, unlawful processing of personal data, inaccurate property reporting, fraud, or disputes with tenants, landlords, agents, contractors, regulators or public bodies.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
