  1. Open Agent Dashboard and show risk summary.
  2. Open Tenant Store and explain pre-assignment evidence area.
  3. Open Manage Property and explain this is post-assignment workflow.
Minutes 5-15

Run a tenant-store proof

  1. Add tenant record (name, email, move-in range, budget).
  2. Send tenant portal access.
  3. Request ID and affordability updates.
  4. Request references.
  5. Show reference timeline and logging area.
If landlord asks why this matters: this prevents missing evidence and fragmented inbox trails before an offer is made.

Run property handover proof

  1. Open one property in Manage Property.
  2. Select tenant from waiting list.
  3. Start journey.
  4. Show identity, affordability, references status continuity.
  5. Show agreement path and checklist.
